Dispatch Times

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Tracking confirmation emails are sent within 1–4 business days after dispatch.

Shipping (Australia Only)

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $9.95
  • Delivery timeframe: 4–10 business days (depending on your location).
  • Please note: Yawnz does not currently offer international shipping.

Tracking Your Order

  • You’ll receive a tracking confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
  • If you do not receive tracking within 5 business days, please:
    • Check your junk/spam folder.
    • Contact our team at hello@drinkyawnz.com or call 1300 133 480 (Mon–Fri, 8am–2:30pm AWST).

Returns & Refunds

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at hello@drinkyawnz.com, if your order is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

Returns Policy

  • Yawnz does not accept change-of-mind returns.
  • Returns are only accepted if goods are faulty or damaged.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed as faulty.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@drinkyawnz.com.

Returned to Sender

If your parcel is returned to us because the:

  • Address was entered incorrectly, or
  • Parcel was not collected,

you will be required to pay the shipping fee again to have it resent.
