Dispatch Times
- Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Tracking confirmation emails are sent within 1–4 business days after dispatch.
Shipping (Australia Only)
- Flat Rate Shipping: $9.95
- Delivery timeframe: 4–10 business days (depending on your location).
- Please note: Yawnz does not currently offer international shipping.
Tracking Your Order
- You’ll receive a tracking confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
- If you do not receive tracking within 5 business days, please:
- Check your junk/spam folder.

Returns & Refunds
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at hello@drinkyawnz.com, if your order is:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect
We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.
Returns Policy
- Yawnz does not accept change-of-mind returns.
- Returns are only accepted if goods are faulty or damaged.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed as faulty.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@drinkyawnz.com.
Returned to Sender
If your parcel is returned to us because the:
- Address was entered incorrectly, or
- Parcel was not collected,
you will be required to pay the shipping fee again to have it resent.
