Dispatch Times
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details within 1–4 business days after dispatch.
Shipping Rates (Australia Only)
- Flat Rate Standard Shipping: $9.95
- Estimated delivery time: 4–10 business days, depending on your location.
- Yawnz does not currently ship internationally.
Tracking Your Order
- All orders include tracking. You’ll receive an email once your parcel has been shipped.
- If you have not received tracking details within 5 business days, please check your junk or spam folder.

Delays
- Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners.
- External factors such as peak periods, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays may affect delivery timeframes.
- Unfortunately, these delays are outside our control, but we monitor all shipments closely.
Returned to Sender

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or if it was not collected, you will need to pay the $9.95 shipping fee again for it to be resent.
