Dispatch Times

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details within 1–4 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Rates (Australia Only)

  • Flat Rate Standard Shipping: $9.95
  • Estimated delivery time: 4–10 business days, depending on your location.
  • Yawnz does not currently ship internationally.

Tracking Your Order

  • All orders include tracking. You’ll receive an email once your parcel has been shipped.
  • If you have not received tracking details within 5 business days, please check your junk or spam folder.

Delays

  • Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners.
  • External factors such as peak periods, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays may affect delivery timeframes.
  • Unfortunately, these delays are outside our control, but we monitor all shipments closely.

Returned to Sender

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or if it was not collected, you will need to pay the $9.95 shipping fee again for it to be resent.

Order Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.
